At OkisWorks, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read the information below to understand our production timelines, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

1. Production Time

All of our products are custom-made using 3D printing technology, and each item is produced upon order.

  • Production time is approximately 10 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

📦 Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

  • Once production is complete, delivery time is 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted local courier services.

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package is dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide, and offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 20–25 business days

  • Cost-effective but slower option.

Express Shipping (Paid Option):

  • Faster delivery, typically 3–7 business days depending on destination.

  • Ideal for customers who need their order quickly.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Some orders may qualify for free standard international shipping promotions. Express shipping is not included in such offers.

3. Address Accuracy & Tracking

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • For international orders, delays due to customs or local courier issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
