At OkisWorks, each order is carefully and uniquely crafted using advanced 3D printing technology. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

All of our products are made-to-order and individually produced. Due to the custom and collectible nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations, as the products cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or another appropriate solution in such cases.
